Fresh Strawberry Ricotta Dessert
Texas Strawberries are in season
Ingredients
- 32 oz Fresh sliced strawberries
- 1 cup Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 prepared angel food cake
- 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Cube cake
- Whip cream to form soft peaks. Whip in Sugar and vanilla. Fold in ricotta. Squeeze in 1/2 lemon and mix.
- ,Layer cake in a glass bowl
- Next layer is cream, followed by a layer of strawberries
- Continue layering until all ingredients are used, finishing off with a layer of cream.
